We are a non-profit sports association and is federated in the Federation of Camping and Mountaineering Portugal since 2012. His focus as a club, is the adventure sport in general and Canyoning in particular, with the motto "serve the club, not we use it. "

 

The ECDC Group is spread throughout the Iberian Peninsula with the creation of four clubs:
ECDC Galicia; ECDC Madrid; ECDC Andalucia and ECDC Portugal.

 

The ECDC Portugal, had its origins as a group of friends, led by Jorge Nogueira, who in 2006 after a meeting in a river began writing a history. There are still few years, but many are the experiences from participation in international meetings, training courses for the Madrid federation, through the organization of 4 international meetings in lusas land (Arouca) and even the first two competitions of canyoning at national level (Arouca and Gerês).

 

The future is to continue the dream of every driver of this project, Jorge Nogueira, who in 2013 was appointed as Honorary Chairman of the ECDC.
